He has worked in some of the finest establishments in Edinburgh, including Cosmo, Denzlers, Vitos, The Prestonfield House and The King James Hotel.
It was in Cosmo, the top restaurant in Edinburgh during the 1970’s, he learned the importance of providing the perfect dining experience for his clients.
